Design and costing
Our design team can assist with all joinery designs, floor planning, consultant of colour and material selections, 3D rendering. Our production team also engaged in this period to interface shop drawings (floor plans, detailed elevations, sections, materials, textures, colour codes) for approval prior to manufacture.
Effective cost controls is the key process of project management, our experiences from working with global and national brands and design firms help us control not only the quality, but also the cost. We provide costing / quotations within max. 5 working days, detailed including items pricing, freight, taxes and duties.
By manufacturing all joinery in-house, we are able to ensure the quality, cost, and importantly the lead time for each project. We have 6 workshops of carpentry, spray painting, metal works, veneer/laminate, glass, and assembly.
Highly skilled workman using the latest manufacturing equipments, our production team are able to produce most elaborate joinery pieces quickly and cost effective.
We are also have mature supply chain to cooperate with Powder-coat, Electroplate, Signage, Lighting system, and hardware accessories for luxury brands’ requirements.
Strong plywood crate cases with filled in foam and wrapped bubble film protect the units to allow various transports by trucks, ships, trains, airplanes and even trolleys.
We have traded to many countries from all the continents, pick up our factory or deliver to warehouse or on-site, handling Custom paperwork, clearance, and tariffs.
On-site and maintenance
Nationally, we are able to do on-site construction, our fit-out staff provide displays installation, fixture assembly, electronic wiring, text performance and cleaning to hand-over. Our production team and project managers have extensive on-site experience in all aspect of retail stores interior, assure all the units are fit in perfectly. Overseas projects, we act by supervising site installation setting and quickly problem solve which may arise.
